Age of Sigmar Escalation League

This Escalation League is designed for players of all skill levels to grow a new army, develop a better grasp of the rules, and overall enjoy a fun event for Warhammer Age of Sigmar.
The Escalation League will take place over 10 weeks Players will be paired in one round every week, with the finals being a 3 round event.
The “escalation” aspect of the event refers to the fact that the league will play games at different levels of competitive play. There will be two games at each point value.
- April 5th - April 18th: 750pts
- April 19th - May 2nd: 1000pts
- May 3rd - May 9th: 1250pts
- May 10th - May 16th: Break/make-up week
- May 17th - May 30th: 1250pts
- May 31st - June 13th: 1500pts
- June 14th - June 27th: 1750pts
- June 28th - July 4th: Break/make-up
- July 5th: Final Event!
Matches in each round will add to your overall score. Match scoring is based on earned victory points and win/loss record.
Missions will be played from the most recent General's Handbook.
OTHER INFORMATION
Players will then have the entire week to contact their opponents and play their game within the store sometime during operating hours; however Sundays will be given priority for the Age of Sigmar Escalation League. If you do not plan to play on Sundays, contact an Administrator on our Discord to make sure a table can be reserved - be prepared to be flexible.
- The Recess Games' Discord server will post and coordinate event pairings.
- All results will be posted on the Recess Games' Discord Server
- For the finals on July 5th, lunch will be provided
- Purse and prizes will be subject to the number of players.

Are players locked to one army for the duration of the league?
Yes, one faction to keep things consistent. However, the units don't all have to be the same game to game.
Will there be battle-ready painting requirements?
