Do you have great games collecting dust on your shelves? Do you have an old army that you no longer play? Are you looking for great deals on used games, models, and other cool things?

Then our Recess Board Car Bazaar on Sunday, May 17th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. is for you!

What is a Recess Games Car Bazaar?

It is the perfect opportunity for you to bring in gently used board games, miniatures, RPGs, or other gaming items you no longer want and find them a new home! It is also a great chance to see new goodies for your collection or make some room on your gaming shelf!

How does it work?

Whether it's your first Bazaar or your fifth, we want to share a few guidelines to help everyone (buyers and sellers) have a great time:

Payments

Customers and Vendors negotiate the prices and how payment will be received. Complete the purchase using:

• Pay at the Recess Games cash register - Show the Vendor your receipt and receive your goodies. NOTE: Customers can use all normal forms of payment, including Recess Games Rewards.
• Cash
• Using a digital app - please discuss with the Vendor your options.

If you're a Vendor:

• Tables are limited, so reserve your space early.
• Your reservation gets you one table to sell your "out of favor" games. You will negotiate your price, and all customers will purchase at the Recess Counter, where we will apply all proceeds to your store credit account.
• The doors will be open on May 17th at 9:00 a.m. for table set-up.
• You can post pictures of your games to our Discord Server (now open) to let folks know you'll be at the Bazaar.
• Please mark prices clearly.
• We also recommend being willing to negotiate, as a few dollars could be the difference between selling the item or finding space for it on your shelf again.
• You're encouraged to engage with buyers at your table! Feel free to chat with folks and answer questions about your items. Sellers who stand, smile, and engage tend to sell more than folks who sit and catch up on reading.
• You will have two parking spots, as shown in image. Tents are welcome.
• Recess Games Loyalty Rewards points are earned when the gift card is used, not when it is purchased. So, please remember that for all Bazaar transactions, the Vendor will ultimately receive rewards points when they use their gift card.

If you're a Customer:

• Arrive at Recess Games Board Game Bazaar on May 17th as early as 10:00 a.m.
• Find an item (or items) you like and negotiate the price with the Vendor.
• Customers will discuss how to pay with the Vendor.
• We encourage you to collect completed purchases as some Vendors might leave early.

• Have fun! It’s great to see the variety of tabletop games and accessories that make this hobby so inviting.
