IMPORTANT DEADLINES
TCG+ Applications will close on Tuesday, September 15th. TCG+ Applications are always prioritized over players who do not apply through the app. Please apply to this event on TCG+ for your best chance at participating.
On the day of the event, successful applicants are required to have paid the entry fee, submitted their deck list, and checked in with staff no later than 11:45 AM. Players who have not completed these steps by 11:45 AM will be removed from the event and placed on the wait list behind the waitlisted applicants who are present. Please plan to arrive early - doors will open at 11 AM!
WAIT LIST INFORMATION
Before Sunday, October 25th: Wait list will automatically be handled through the TCG+ app. If successful applicants cancel their entry, a player from the wait list will automatically be selected and their status changed to successful.
On Sunday, October 25th: We will maintain an in-person wait list beginning when we open at 11 AM. The wait list priority will go as follows:

- TCG+ Status: Players who applied to the event in TCG+ and have the designation "Waitlist" will have priority over players who do not.

- Check-in order: Players who check in earlier, regardless of their previous placement order on the TCG+ wait list, will have priority over players who check in later.
At 11:45 AM, all successful applicants who are not fully checked in will be dropped from the event and we will begin calling names from our in-person wait list.
SIDE EVENTS
For players who are unable to participate in the Store Championship, we will hold our regularly-scheduled Store Tournament at 1PM. While space will be limited, we will do our best to accommodate the enthusiastic One Piece players who show up to compete at our store!
