Your order is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to fill as many orders as we can.

If we're able to fill any part of your order, we'll send you an email.  Make sure store@recessgames.com is not flagged as spam by your email provider!  The email we send you will:

• show what we have set aside for you
• let you know how long we'll hold your items
• contain a link to pay for your order ahead of time

The email we send you will let you know how long your order will be held for, usually one week.  Make sure store@recessgames.com is not flagged as spam by your provider.  If you use the link in the email to pay for your order, we'll hold it until you come in to pick it up!

Please contact us before your hold expires to see if we can extend it.  In most cases, we can!  However, if we are holding an unpaid order for you and a new item comes in that you are on the waitlist for, you may be skipped for allocation.

Please contact us as soon as you can if you no longer want your order - it helps us move those items to the next person on our waitlist more quickly!  If you allow the hold to expire on your order without contacting us to cancel, any remaining unfilled items from that release will be canceled.  If this happens three times in a three month period, your name will be temporarily moved to the bottom of the waitlist for new releases.

We will try to fill as many waitlist orders as we can, up to 45 days after release.  During that window, any time an order is cancelled or we receive additional shipments, we'll go back to our waitlist to fill more orders!

When we don't receive enough of a release to fill every order, we do our best to get as many people as possible at least one of the items they wanted.

Once we get through every name on the list, we go back and try to fill more.  For 45 days after the release of an item, we'll keep any unfilled part of your order active on the waitlist and send you another email if we're able to fill any more of it.

In many cases, it is in the order of submission.  However, especially when we are unable to fill every order, we may prioritize players who have been participating in recent events for that TCG, or we may use a lottery method to choose.

Currently, no.  TCG products are very limited and we are only offering preorders for in-store pickup at this time.

As we approach the release date for something, we'll stop taking new names for its waitlist.  We may also close the list early if we receive more requests than we think we'll be able to fill.
