February Recess Games 40k Doubles Tournament
DATE: 2/14/26
COST: $60 per team, players will pay individually on the Recess Games website or in store.
The event will run for 3 rounds, 3 hours each, with a 1 hour lunch after round 1. Doors open and registration will begin at 8:30 with the first round beginning at 9.
A doubles event has two players each build their own 1000pt army, then form a team to play. The two armies have no faction restrictions and players may choose the same faction if they wish.
Lists are required by 11:59 on 2/13, if list submission is not working please reach out to Matt on the Recess Games discord server.
Paint is not required but a prize will be awarded to the army voted as best painted.
This event will be played using Chapter Approved 2025-2026, with the most up to date points, tournament rules, and army rules as available through the Warhammer Community website and the Warhammer 40k App.
Chess clocks available upon request.
Prizes will include payout to top players based on placement, sportsmanship, and best painted. The value of prizes will be determined based on attendance. In addition, $10 in store credit will be put back on each player's store account.
