Thunder Road Ignition

Rev up your engine and hit the road with Thunder Road: Ignition.

Like it’s bigger sibling, Thunder Road: Vendetta – in Thunder Road: Ignition your crew is racing through the wastelands – get your cars across the finish line first to win. But the roads are perilous, the other crews are aiming for you, and those barricades are everywhere. Thunder Road: Ignition is a stand alone game – get into gear right out of the box! Or you can mix it in with other Thunder Road: Vendetta and its expansions for endless variety.

What’s new in Ignition:

• You crew lost its chopper… but now your car is loaded up missiles!
• Keep your eye out for the new terrain, rubble, those pesky barricades, and other hazards.
• Pit stops along the way can revive your damaged car – but don’t fall too far behind the pack.
• Swerve those curves! New shorter road boards and curved road boards make more dynamic lanes to cruise.

Get In, Loser, We’re Going Shooting!

The critically acclaimed Thunder Road is getting a new chassis and a fresh coat of paint. Thunder Road: Ignition is an all-new, standalone base game set in the world of post-apocalyptic racing. It uses the same core system with tweaks to game play and components to streamline play for an easier and quicker point-of-entry, all in a smaller box and cheaper price point.

The new version features four new car crew colors and half-sized road boards – now with curves! Also included are new commands, terrain, and damage effects. Much of the new content can be combined with the original Vendetta and existing expansions.

Ignition offers a great opportunity to bring new players into the world of Thunder Road – perfect for families and casual players – while also providing a host of new content for existing fans.
